General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on https://www.institut-cosmetic.com by non-professional customers.

2. Products

The products offered are cosmetics described and presented as accurately as possible. In case of error or omission, Institut-Cosmetic's liability cannot be engaged.


3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros including all taxes (VAT included). Institut-Cosmetic reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied will be the one in force at the time of order validation.


4. Orders

Validation of the order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.


5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal. Payment is secure. Institut-Cosmetic does not store any banking data.


6. Delivery

Orders are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery times and costs are indicated when the order is validated. Institut-Cosmetic cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.


7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their reasons.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened and unused. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.


9. Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with applicable law.


10. Liability

Institut-Cosmetic cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal and transport services.


11. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
